SFLL will refund 75% of player fees for cancellation (including medical need) prior to Sunday, August 10, 2025, and 50% of player fees (including medical need) between August 11, 2025 and September 7, 2025.  No player fees will be refunded for cancellation (including medical need) after September 7, 2025.

Waitlist Players
Any player registered with fees paid who are not placed on a team by the second week of the season, will be refunded 100% of their registration fee.
