Job Title: Registration Coordinator
Reports to: VP Registration
The Registration Coordinator performs activities that support the day-to-day administration of San Francisco Little League. Critical recurring initiatives include the Spring and Fall Season Registration and Team Formation cycles, Bookkeeping of recurring league related expenses and completing District and Little League International filings.
Assist with the review and preparation of on-line applications and surveys.
Work with completed applications to monitor and administer fee payments and assign little league age and level of play designation. Update applications with team assignments after the draft.
Attend player drafts and prepare team and coach rosters for all levels of regular season play.
Monitor SFLL email addresses and drive all incoming emails to resolution.
Send out league-wide emails and administer SFLL email lists.
Coordinate player assignments to Skill Evaluation Sessions (SES) and support the SES team and events.
Coordinate league meeting- site reservations with SF Viking.
Periodically retrieve SFLL mail and direct to appropriate individuals for resolution.
Administer the filing of information for background checks.
Process recurring invoice payments, including general ledger entry and check issuance.
Work with SFLL President, Board members and volunteers on ad-hoc requests related to SFLL, District and Little League International matters.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memo. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in whole numbers and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and Quickbooks.
Dependable – Takes responsibility for own actions and keeps commitments. Completes tasks on time.
Flexible – There is seasonality to the workload. Peak periods included the months of December through March and August and September.
