San Francisco Little League

SFN completed its pool play schedule with a 17-0 victory over Novato American. John Hanley took the ball for SFN and went 3 innings giving up 1 hit and striking out 6. Charlie Moore came on to quickly close it out in the 4th. SFN bats jumped on Novato early by plating 2 runs in the first inning. In the second, SFN pretty much ended the game by sending 16 hitters to the plate with 10 coming across to score.

SFN finishes pool play at 4-2 and received outstanding pitching from 6 different starters. The team will now take that deep pitching - and hot bats - into the 3-day sprint to the District Championship. First up for SFN appears to be SFA . . . . .
