SFLL Big Diamond Field Directions

Below are directions to big diamond fields where SFLL teams have played within the past two years. It is draw from a variety of sources. Therefore, I recommend that you also have good maps with you.

1. San Jose Middle School, 1000 Sunset Parkway, Novato (45 minutes from SF)

2. Granada Park in Corte Madera (25 minutes from SF)

3. Sinaloa Middle School, 2045 Vineyard Road, Novato (45 minutes from SF)

4. Redwood High School:

From 101 North (South of Redwood)

Drive on US 101 (HIGHWAY 1, REDWOOD HIGHWAY) heading north. Bear right onto the PARADISE DRIVE off-ramp;

turn left onto PARADISE.

Continue on PARADISE DRIVE heading west for 0.2 miles.

Continue on TAMALPAIS DRIVE heading west for 0.2 miles.

Turn right onto MADERA BOULEVARD and head north for 0.5 miles.

Continue on TAMAL VISTA BOULEVARD heading northwest for 0.5 miles.

Turn left and then turn left again onto LUCKY DRIVE heading southwest for 0.2 miles.

Turn right onto DOHERTY DRIVE heading northwest to 395 Doherty Drive.

5. Tamalpais High School (415) 388-3292 -700 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley -

101 to E. Blithedale/Tiburon Exit. West on E. Blithedale.

Left on Camino Alto.

Left on Miller for access to parking lot.

6. Albert Park San Rafael,

101 to Central San Rafael Exit.

West on 3rd Street. Left on B Street.

Left into San Rafael Community Center parking lot.

7. Marin Catholic High School (415) 461-8844 675 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Kentfield -

101 to Sir Francis Drake Blvd West.

Continue approximately 1 mile past Bon Air Road. School on left

8. Terra Linda High School (415) 492-3103 320 Nova Albion Way, San Rafael -

101 to Freitas Parkway Exit West.

Left at Las Gallinas.

Right on Nova Albion Way.

9 . Drake Drake High School (415) 453-8770 1327 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., San Anselmo -

101 to Sir Francis Drake Blvd

West to San Anselmo.

TO SAN FRANCISCO FIELDS FROM MARIN:

11. Paul Goode Field (directions from Marin to Goode)
101 South over Golden Gate Bridge. Stay Left and take Lombard Street Exit. Go right into Presidio (through gates). Go right on Presidio and take first left which is also Presidio. Take first left onto MacArthur and left again onto Portola. Go through Presidio's residential area and park up on the flat parking area past the field which will be on the left at the enod of Portola. Park past field in dirt lot, not on road.

11. Benedetti Field - USF
San Francisco - 101 across Golden Gate Bridge onto Park Presidio/19th Street. West on Cabrillo Street, right on 14th Avenue, right on Balboa. In two miles, right on Parker Avenue, left on Golden Gate Avenue. Field on right at Masonic

12. West Sunset #1
101 South over Golden Gate Bridge to 19th Avenue/Park Presidio Exit. Right on Lincoln. Continue to 37th Ave and turn left. Stay left onto Sunset Blvd. Continue to Riviera (pass St. Ignatius). Turn right on Riviera to 39th. Turn right onto 39th to deadend at Sunset. Field in behind St. Ignatius.

13. Balboa Park - San Francisco
San Francisco - 101 across Golden Gate Bridge onto Park Presidio/19th Avenue. South to Sloat Blvd.(left turn lane opposite Stern Grove). Left on Sloat, immediately right onto Junipero Serra, and immediately left onto Ocean. Proceed approximately 2 miles east on Ocean (past CCSF on left and Lick Wilmerding on right) to San Jose Ave. Left on San Jose and left into Balboa Park
